Whether you're navigating a transition, working through long-held pain, or seeking deeper clarity, our time together honours your unique experience.

As we become more consciously aware of our thoughts, feelings and the patterns that shape them, real change becomes possible – from within. My approach is client-centred, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when the mind, body and spirit are gently supported as one.

 

Based in Burlington, Ontario, I work with individuals in-person and online across Canada. Through spiritual psychotherapy, emotional freedom therapy, and spiritual direction, I help clients reconnect with their inner truth, release what no longer serves, and move forward with greater peace, clarity and resilience.

Spiritual Psychotherapy
Spiritual psychotherapy is a client‑centred, trauma‑informed therapy that honours the whole person – mind, body and spirit. Marg works with issues like anxiety, depression, grief, chronic pain and trauma, weaving in CBT, family‑pattern exploration, parts work (like internal family systems), hypnosis or guided imagery, and spiritual modalities.

 

This holistic approach helps clients from Ontario and other provinces gain insight into the roots of their challenges, release stuck beliefs, and rediscover inner peace through a supportive and compassionate relationship.

​Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT tapping)
EFT is a powerful somatic therapy that combines mindful awareness with gentle tapping on acupressure points to help release emotional and physical pain.

 

Rooted in traditional chinese medicine, this approach helps balance energy meridians and calm the nervous system. marg guides clients in sessions to identify goals, trace patterns to their origins, and work through trauma – all while tapping to unstick blocked emotions. eft is also taught as a daily self‑care tool for stress relief, emotional shifts, and “rant‑and‑tap” release.

Spiritual Direction
Spiritual direction isn’t therapy – it’s a gentle, guided exploration of your inner spiritual life.  Marg supports clients in connecting with their personal spiritual wisdom – whether it’s through angels, guides, higher self, or divine presence. Sessions include affirmative prayer (a powerful, intention‑based process), meditative or hypnotic exercises, and guided practices to help you hear your “still, small voice”.  You’ll learn to recognize spiritual guidance signals (like yes/no responses) and nurture your spiritual journey with clarity and confidence.
