Spiritual Psychotherapy Session
Emotional Freedom Therapy Session
Fees include HST. Payment is due the day of the session by e-transfer. Receipts are available on request.
A sliding scale from $60 to $110 is available for those for whom this cost is a substantial hardship. I also maintain one spot for pro bono work, and the criteria for this is that financial constriction would prevent you from doing this work, I feel that our work together can make a substantial difference, and you are committed to doing your own work as well.
If you feel that criteria for the sliding scale or pro bono apply to you, you are invited to contact me and we will discuss. Doing pro bono work would also depend on availability of this space.
Therapy in person or live online
I would be pleased to have a free half hour phone call to find if we are a fit to work together
How many sessions and how often?
The duration of therapy is very individual and based on the changes you are wishing to make. Changes can be rapid for some issues so the duration of therapy may be as few as six to eight sessions. It is your commitment to encountering your stuff that will help you make the changes you desire. And it can be surprisingly gentle.
You may end our therapy together at any time for any reason. If you elect to end therapy, I ask you to commit to having one final session.
It is helpful when we first start working together to meet weekly. This allows us to begin finding and healing the issues that are present for you, and then after that you may find that less frequent sessions feel right.
I understand that life happens and that you may need to change or cancel a session. In this case, please let me know at least 24 hours ahead of time to allow me to plan my schedule, and to avoid a $20 charge for rescheduling.
My work is being supervised by a seasoned registered psychotherapist, Sabine Cox. and I maintain professional records consistent with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Document Act, 2004 (PIPEDA) and the Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004 (PHIPA).
